Fantastic pizza and a fair price. Here is why we will never order again from this restaurant. After ordering a side of ranch to be delivered on half a dozen different occasions (and having it never arrive), we decided last time to call the restaurant and ask if they couldn't get that figured out in the future. They said they could. Tonight, the request was expressly made and the ranch failed again to arrive. We called to complain. A kind woman who answered the phone said a manager would return the call. The manager called, claimed we did not order ranch and hung up on my wife. I could order from here for decades without them bringing ranch (it could be kind of fun to grumble about). But to hang up on a customer who is nothing if not polite is unacceptable.
