Jack Todd is the self titled president of Todd Printing. He has absolutely no personality and, unless you speak real slowly to him, he'll brush you off. The man is an idiot and it appears that his personality has rubbed off on to his employees. Took my business elsewhere simply because no one is willing to listen to a customer's needs.
Pros: The front door is easy to get through to escape.
Cons: Owner is a self-righteous, patronizing S.O.B.
