I take both my cats and dogs here and Dr. DeLong, as well as Shelly, are both very nice and caring. I love going here because they seem to really care about my pets and know what they are doing. They go out of their way to make me happy and can usually fit me in with an exam when needed. I think it is a definite positive that this clinic is smaller with only one veterinarian. I know I will always get to see Dr. DeLong and not be passed from vet to vet. They also always know my dogs and cats and know what is going on with them. Dr. DeLong and Shelly know me on a personal level because of their smaller size. Their prices are very realistic and I don't feel like I am just being used to get my money. Dr. DeLong does practical medicine and tells me exactly what he thinks and only takes necessary steps. He is very down to earth and I never feel like he is talking down to me. I love it here and I would NEVER go anywhere else.
