They treat you like sub standard people, they are rude, and they ignore you as a client. It took 3 months for them to get me a quote to have some work done and I still didn't get the final numbers. I had to make 12 calls to get that far. No one returnes your calls, and the receptionsist in the front don't have a clue as to what they are doing, I'm sorry if you have to go there, but be prepared for a wait.
Pros: It's cheep, it's cheep, did I say it's cheep?
Cons: It's like going to a candy store for spaghetti, they don't listen
