TV Warranty Service TERRIBLE!!! 10/27/2008

Called for service on my Toshiba TV on 10/14. Was told I'd hear back within 24 hours. It took them 4 days to respond telling me the Geek Squad couldn't fix it and referred me to an outside service company. As of 10/27 the TV is still not fixed ... and I've now been told it will be another week or two. Not a very happy customer!!!! more
