Olio is one of my favorite restaurants. I love its cozy atmosphere, its cheerful servers, even the warm and romantic lighting. But what keeps me and my family coming back is its service and food. There is no Paella like the one at Olio's. It is a must and everyone should try it, at least once! It was packed the last time we were there, but the hostess did everything she could to seat us at once and we felt well taken care of. When we asked about recommendations, the server was very knowledgeable. We asked many questions about the best dish to order and the server gave us very good description of the food, with a lot of enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
