We still haven't heard the reason why our driver never showed. I had an email confirming our reservation and details for our wedding transfers...then never had anyone show up or any assistance from the owner to help out in the situation or make amends after the fact. We ended up driving ourselves to our wedding! You absolutely cannot count on this company.
