I went there to get a sim card replaced in one of my phones. Pretty simple, right? WRONG! Nobody in the store understood that I had multiple lines, and one of them needed a new sim card. It was noted in my account by ATT central, but they just didn't get it. They refused to get another sim card for me. They even told the manager, Cedric White, who made it even worse. He was the most rude, unhelpful person i have ever experienced before. He refused to help me and told me to go to the retail store. I had to drive all the way across town during rush hour! Avoid this place at all costs. Every employee is totally inept. Cons: Idiots work there. more
