I just purchased insurance with this company about a month ago, i had dealt with them in the past, but i never had and accident. When i had my accident everything seem to be ok, the problem im having is the process they are sure taking long as hell with my car, 2 to 3 buisness days for the adjuster to come out another week for the police report and then another week for them to okay, this did hurt me finically, becaue i had to get a rental and pay for it myself, but i still dont have my car. I will be cancelling them and i would not recommend anyone to them. Also, do not go through this company called Crowel Agency, they are the ones that link you to them, there located in highland, In and Merrillville and Michigan City. I would not trust them as well. I would like to see them shut down as well. After reading all these horrible stories I know im going to cancell as soon as my car get fix
