I was quite taken back with the tone of voice used during a complaint about the quality of service I had received. I do not believe it was appropriate, and quite un called for. I would appreciate if next time I decide to purchase anything from your store, I may have a more courteous rep assist me. This store does have quite the selection, but whom ever I spoke to could use a more chivalrous tone!
