This organization is totally unscrupulous and untrustworthy. They use a billing and collections firm in Columbus Georgia that won't answer their phone, provides no voicemail and won't respond to mail. They conned my daughter into signing a two year agreement with a 30 day cancellation and when she left for college I tried to cancel the agreement. AC referred me to the firm in Georgia, Club Administrative Services. They wouldn't answer the phone or respond, but they kept charging my American Express Card and threatened to report my 18 year old daughter to the credit bureau.
