Poor service desk. I called there phone line three times in a row for as long as it would let me and no anwser! I then went to the store and no one was at the desk until a cashier called for one. I then asked why no one was available at the desk for customer assistance, and there excuse was that they were on a smoke break and that I would understand if I delt with the people they delt with all day. I could care less. I need proper customer service if I'm going to shop here!!!!!!!!
