I have only been seeing Dyna for about a month and she and the group are great! Everyone works at the best of their ability without competion. Dyna gets to know you and your body and what you can and cannot do. She is positive and encouraging and always keeps your well being a priority. She is attentive and has called to see how I have reacted after a workout . The groups are small so there is a lot of individual attention.
