My name is Nancy and I was the lucky recipient and winner of a lifestyle transformation challenge that Conditioning Specialists held. Just holding the challenge is a testiment to the people who own and run this facility. Doug Holt is the owner and one of the visionaries who decided to pick three people out of the community to completely help and transform and ultimately change their lives through proper exercise and diet and it has been a lifesaver for me. I had Marisa Rodriguez as my trainer - an incredibly knowledgable person and trainer who helped me lose 25 and 1/2 pounds in three months. Marisa took her time with me and made sure I did not injure myself and yet she pushed me without me even realizing it and before I knew it I was 25 pounds lighter and my clothes were baggy and now I just feel strong - much stronger than I did even in my 20's and I am close to 50 years old. These trainers are amazing in their knowledge of health and fitness but they also have true compassion for people who want to get fit and stay fit. I am completely hooked now and have started the booty camp and the walking class that is held weekly. I have many of my friends working out there now and would recommend Conditioning Specialists to anyone!
