The review from March was just brought to my attention. I am one of the owners of RE/MAX at the Lake and am disappointed that we could not assist this client to his satisfaction. We have been in business for less than 4 years and have grown in that short time to one of the 30 largest firms in the Greater Charlotte area. We have not done that with obnoxious staff or inexperienced agents. Our agents have many years experience, on average, and close almost 3 million in sales each (on average). We do not hire agents just to build our roster as so many companies do; but to achieve a high level of customer service for each of our clients. Our per agent productivity is some of the highest in the area.
