This Engineering firm has got to be the most unorganized company I've ever seen. Mr. Smith is seems off task and scatter-brained. If it weren't for his secretary he'd be in a lot of trouble. In the encounter I had with him, about six or seven months ago, he continued to promise me a deadline that was extended MULTIPLE times, gave me wrong information, never listened to want I, the client, wanted. He doesn't return phone calls EVER! His secretary, Heidi, did that for him, even though I wanted to talk to him directly. I know that he was avoiding me. I drove to his office (which was NOT close for me) on numerous occasions only to find his secretary and NEVER him! He's NEVER prompt! His company is falling apart before his eyes. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend him to ANYONE!
