Lake Houston Automotive ""sells"" unnecessary products to unsuspecting customers for the sole purpose of creating additional revenue. Their mechanics do not know the specifications of vehicles (insisting that a Honda needed an oil change every 3500 miles under normal operation while the manufacturers standard is every 7000 miles) and perform such maintenance prior to the manufacturers recommended intervals. Additional ""maintenance"" is usually recommended running into the hundreds of dollars for work that is probably not needed or at best needed several hundreds of miles later.
