I have to deal with these people on a regular basis and the gentleman who answered the phone..No, I'm sorry, gentleman is giving too much credit...the dum dum who answered the phone was so rude and told me that he doesn't have time to waste on me...I will not waste his time, but I'm certainly going to let everyone know how rude these people are!
