they promised me my computer would be ready in 2-3 days, it took a full week. They told me it would be ready at a certain time, it still wasn't ready. They over charge, and when I got my computer back it was cracked on the outside that wasn't there before. They are not especially polite, and not appreciative of customers. I do not recommend.
