my parents and i decided to try this place after we drove past it one night. i love italian cusine and was excited to find some place new. the first thing that surprised me about mangia mangia was the prices. for a $20 entree i thought i could have gone to beautiful italian restaurant with white linen table clothes and candles on the table (Maggianos) and had a MUCH better experience. we went on a thursday night around 7:00 and the service was terrible. there was one waitress for the whole restaurant, which was probably half full. then when it was time to pay the bill, the manager who was at the register, gave my father more than a hard time about paying our bill with a check card because she didn't want to pay a fee. when my dad offered to use a regular credit card (because his bank charges him $3 to use a his check card as a debit card), she had an attitude and said ""i'll take the loss THIS time"". needless to say, i will not be returning to mangia mangia.
