They almost caused my dog to expire by vaccinating him without my authorization and knowing, through medical records, that he was allergic. Then they wouldn't let me out of their so-called wellness plan. I would never take my dog there again. They sent me to a collection agency- I'm not going to pay. I think it's absurd for them to ask me to pay them after what they've done. Banfield accepted fault, they issued me a refund for the emergency vet bills due to their negligence. They shouldn't be allowed to practice veternary medicine.
