Used to rely on thier service and honesty....never a hestitation to bring vehicle in and get an honest estimate, quality work and most importantly trusted them. Unfortunately this has all been eliminated after my last visit. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership, management or philosophy but my last visit will be my last. I will not recommend this center to my friends anymore. Just spent $140 on 2 dash bulbs. I brought my 2002 Toyota Sienna in for 2 burned out dash bulbs and an estimate on a lift gate latch handle that was broken. Labor costs came to $115 part swere $14 after tax and shop supplies total came to $140. Gave estimate to my wife over the phone and kept changing quote....maybe its our changing times but the trusted local service center is no more.
