Hands down the best fitness program I have found out there. You get all the benefits of a personal trainer without the price tag and in a much more enjoyable atmosphere. These group strength classes allow you to not ""suffer"" alone as well as motivate you to push yourself harder. It's a very unique program. I call it ""cardio weights"" because you are essentially using free weights and burning calories at the same time. I think anyone who takes one class will know that this is the way to workout.
Pros: Fitness program itself
Cons: Metered parking isn't ideal but location is great!
