The sofa and chair set were stuffed with what the store manager called "down". However it was more like quill feathers poking everyone that sits on it. It is very embarressing when we have family and friends over, because feathers go right through the cushions, and our floor and sofa are littered with feathers everyday.
Cons: Poor quality, poor service, warranty not honored.
