I have been going for laser treatments here for over 3 years (bought a package) and it is the biggest waste of money ever. I happen to be very knowledgeable about laser and when I was not getting good results I questioned them on what type of laser they were using on me. Turns out they were using a laser for black/dark skinned people and I am a fair skinned italian girl. When I told them to switch me to a stronger laser meant for my skin type they did for the next 2 or 3 sessions, then they switched me back to the weaker laser without my knowledge!! I questioned the technician and she had no idea what she was talking about and said they use the weaker laser (for dark people) on everyone! This makes sense because they will get you to use more sessions since the results are not as good or as fast when they use this laser on white people. So, basically they are ripping people off without their knowledge!! I do not recommend this place because the technicians and staff do not tailor the laser treatments to each persons skin and they do not know what they are talking about. Even though their packages are cheap you will have to go for many more sessions than normal and you still won't have good results!! Save your money and go to a reputable, professial laser place. Seriously.
