If only based upon the quality of their work, I'd rate this place a 5. Unfortunately, customer service does and should matter. Every time I have ordered here, the flowers NEVER arrive when promised and I have even called DAYS in advance and also called the day before just to confirm the order and the time. I paid over $200 for roses and they should be beautiful and on time. All I ever get is, "We apologize but..." Not really good enough. Pros: Beautiful flowers. Unique arrangements. Cons: Terrible customer service. Over priced. more
