I was in Walgreens yesterday and a I wanted to return a Zeno which my friend bought for me around Christmas time. There was no box or receipt but nothing was used because I never used it. I just forgot all about it and had purchased another one so I had no use for this one. The manager Mr.E said I couldn't return it because there was no proof I bought it there. I told him my sister worked there and she would remember because she was the one who sold it to her. Then he said that he hadn't sold any in the last 13 weeks. Well, yeah because it was bought further back then 13 weeks so he took fifteen minutes to tell me that. If I was a relly irritating person and argued I could have got my gift card which was what I was willing to receive because I know I had no receipt and that was store policy. I feel as if they took one look at me and thought I was young and naive and they could tell me no. They said well, you could have bought this from CVS and are trying to return it here. I felt extremely insulted, they think I'm scamming them? My sister is Jazmean and she works there and she knows it was purchased there. I am not a scammer, I am not naive, I am a customer that deserved respect. My friend spent 149.99 dollars for that Zeno and now what am I supposed to do with it? I just wanted to return something. I didn't want to be judged.
