I recently visited this Harley Store on our trip to Louisville from Florida. My husband and I both purchased a shirt as we always do when we visit a store out of our state. I wore my shirt 1 time and washed it according to the directions on the tag and the shirt shrank up to a child size. I called the store to see if I could ship it back to exchange it for another and was told no by the General Manager of the store because I had washed it one time. I explained to her that I followed the directions and it must be a defect with the material and I did not want my money back just another shirt to remember our trip. She was rude about the situation and refused to just exchange it even though I had my receipt to prove that I hadn't even had the shirt for 3 weeks. This is very poor customer service for Harley Davidson to me considering all the money we have spent withe Harley in the years.
