I own a 1989 Holiday Rambler Motorhome that had some emission problems. I had taken it to another large auto shop for 3 years trying to get it to pass emissions. I spent quite a bit of $ but the shop could never get it to pass. I had to go through the trouble of getting a low mileage waiver, but needed to find someone to fix my problem. I was told it needed catalytic converters so I decided to take it to B&B Muffler for the install of the converters. They researched my vehicle and found it did not require the converters which would have cost me big bucks (honest shop, they could have installed them). They found some air lines missing, made some adjustments to the carb, and a few other things and thank goodness the thing PASSED! They also fixed some other items and kept me informed about cost which did not change when I picked up my vehicle, not true, I had a front light out which was going to be replaced. Turns out the connection was loose, that cost came off the bill. I am elated with their service and professionalism!

Cons: Only one - Had trouble getting motorhome in and out of parking lot because of small incline from street
