I have been visiting Tranqulity Spa for over 10 years. You could go to any service provider and have a great experience. It is now a different story. I don't know why some of the best people left??? I also don't know who is in charge of hiring the rude trailer trash (reaking of smoke and covered in tatoos)?!?!?!?!?!?!? That is not who I want giving me a $45 pedicure, and a bikini wax. How by the way only talk about there boyfriends, tattos, noserings, and ex-husbands.
Management - I know you are out there. Your regular clients would rather wait for an appointment with a profesional person, then get an appointment at anytime with someone that should be working in Elikn, or some trailer Beauty shop!!!
I have friends that have not come back to this Spa because of the service provider, and RUDE and UNCARING front desk. I have had beter treatment by teenage retail workers at the mall.Why is it that when you book an approinment for a manicure and pedicure - you don't recieve a comformation call, and when you get there you are only on the schudel for a manicure. (this happened to one of my good friends several times, and she will not return to Tranqulity).
I on the other hand will return because I love my facial from ADRIANA, my pedicures form JENNIFER, my massages from CATHERINE!!!!!, and my threading from KAVITIA.
Hey management all I can tell you is - if you want to have a great Spa - get a great staff. This is why I have friends that will not return. Stay small and great, not large and crapy.
Pros: Great service if you see the right people
Cons: At this rate who knows how long the good people will stick around
