I have been here five times in 5 years. They move locations on a regular basis without warning and then act like I should have known! I keep going back hoping SOMETHING will be as it is advertised, now it's just triple the size, empty space, lacking business. Prices and service expectations are high but that is not what you get....you only get the high price for nothing special. The nail room is now like every other one in town-people too close to relax! My hair experience was terrible too. I had to wait 45 minutes for the girl to take me (yes I had an appointment), then she didn't even apologize for making me wait. This was my last visit, ever. Do yourself a favor, don't believe thier ad's, they are bogus.
