I recently visited this FedEx Kinko's location, and I must say it was not a good experience. They overcharged me on having a few pages printed out by using their fancy paper (which I did not request). Then I go to have those documents, which were resumes, faxed -- to two separate numbers, which I made known -- and their employee faxes both documents to the same number. So, now, one potential employer received a resume meant for a totally separate company.
As an overall observation, this Kinko's is always full of lost and confused customers, which I'm sure contributes to the grouchy attitude of the employees, and I always leave there feeling ripped off in one way or another. Sometimes I feel ripped off in terms of money, and sometimes in service.
Usually, price is an indicator of service. Not here.
