The man that came to my location was rude and nasty. Initially as he entered my parking lot, he waited for the space next to mine as I put my child in the carriage, then almost ran me over when I was walking into the building. There was a parking space 3 spaces over that had no one in it. He didn't realize he was coming in to meet me. I'd never dealt with a professional that supposedly wanted business, yet was so nasty. More than once while he was looking things over, he plunged his hand in his pants to scratch an itch. Used constant profanity in both English and Spanish. I finally shortly after said enough was enough on his actions and told him I wouldn't be using his services. He gave be the bird as he left, calling me a b*tch. Supposedly this was the owner, but if he is, I don't see his business lasting long.
