I have had back pain for many years. I have seen chiropractors and massage therapists and used many different tools to relieve my back pain. Ady has been a blessing. She has been the most effective in relieving my back pain. She has exceptional skills at reading my body and adjusting her approach to my needs. Ady is also truly caring about her clients. She takes the time to make me feel comfortable and she has helped me to learn how to take care of myself. She has even given me techniques to use between massage that have really helped. I recommend her to anyone. I have also had a facial by Ashley, it was amazing. She created a soothing environment and she used wonderful products and techniques. My only regret is that I can't get a massage and facial daily.
