I just want to commend Pep Boys for their employees. I lost my windshield wiper on my way into New Hartford and stopped at Pep Boys to purchase a new one - I wasn't sure if I had the correct one or not - so a parts manager assisted me - then I wasn't sure I could get it on myself. The cashier assisted me with that task. Thanks to both of them for making my night less stressful.
