I purchased a 35000 wat. generator in October 2007. It worked for two weeks. The local store refused to accept a return but told me I had to go through the manufacturer for warrenty work. The factory has been giving me the total run around ever since. As of todat the generater is sitting in a warehouse waiting fir us to pick it up, unrepaired. The repair shop that was supposed to repair it said that they do not repair generators. I have spoken to three store managers, a didtrict manager, the corporate headquarters and they all say that it's ther other persons fault. The generator is still under warrenty, but it is nor january and I still do not have a working generator.
