My experience with Best Buy has not been very good. I paid for an entertainment system and have had nothing but problems with it....and it was not cheap!\r

It is impossible to reach anyone in the Sugar Land location in the Magnolia Entertainment Center. As I write, I am holding on the line to the 800 number for someone to schedule me for a service call. Oh, and believe me they do not want to help you until they verify your installation date...within 1 year.\r

I have now held on the line for 5 minutes...for the third time...and I am going to hang up and give the store a stormy visit! I paid too much money for such lousy service. I wish I had gone to Tweeters!
