This is close to the mall, which was a plus. When I left there, my car was worse than when I came. They replaced a hose with another that wasn't made for that function. It collapsed causing the oil to leak out the head gasket. When I took it back, they replaced the head gasket, but didn't replace the problem hose. After several tries, and even a trip to St. Louis that took a case of oil up and back, I took my car to another repair shop that spotted the problem right off the bat. When I returned to Firestone, they denied they ever changed that hose. Will never return, and will always remember that experience. The car was ruined.
