Staff ignores problems to get them to go away. Grounds and equipment need upkeep. In fact, if you are out on the trails or grass, watch where you step! Many dog owners don't pick up after their pets. Also, hallways/stairways are often dirty. \r

Had a leaky shower and told maintenance that I did want to be there for the repair. Not only did they enter when I was not home, but the repair did not fix the problem.\r

Outside security locked doors are left proped open at all hours.\r

Expect to hear your neightbors. Everytime a neighbor takes a shower, flushes a toilet, or does laundry we hear this AWFUL loud noises from the pipes (surely a deferred maintence issue!).
