I had Doug installed gutters and downspout in my house. After only a year the gutters start to leak. We contacted him to get them fixed. He did not return our calls for the longest time. He eventually came to our property but failed to honor the warranty he gave us. He is not reliable and I would not recommend his business to anyone.
