I love Happy Chef. As far as Americanized Chinese goes, it's fantastic! Their dishes use a wide variety of spices rather than just "sweet sauce on some sort of meat with a different vague name" that so many places do. I also greatly appreciate the ability to choose spicy levels. As a white person who loves spicy, I often am very unhappy with dishes labeled "spicy" at Asian restaurants that are not actually spicy.
