We boarded our pet with Rose City Vets recently and everything was clean and friendly and I'm sure our pet received great care but when I first called they told us one price and then when I made the reservation it was another, higher price.\r \r We were also told our pet would need a shot that would be one price, but when we went to pay it was another, higher price. We also were told (after the fact) that they had done (and charged us) for an exam. It makes sense to check out an animal before you administer a shot, but no one told us about it and if we are going to have to pay for an exam we'd like to at least know about it so we can be there to hear what the vet has to say and ask the general health questions we have.\r \r The whole process was so frustrating. Every time we turned around it was costing us more than we were told and the only apology was pretty bland with a defensive tone, like we were in the wrong somehow. \r \r Seems like a nice place and I get the sense that the animals receive great care, but there is no way we'll use them again.
