We recently moved here and needed to get heartworm pills for our dog. I was told I have to make an appoinment for her to be checked out first. The appointment plus ONE heartworm pill cost $55. It was $45 for the checkup and $10 for the pill. (If they had to do the heartworm test it would have been an additional $40.) I was not used to paying that much at my last vet, and don't expect to pay that much again. The staff was friendly, and the building itself was nice, but it just cost too much for me.
