We went there yesterday for lunch. What struck me was the non-buffet feel to the rooms once you were seated. It felt like a restaurant. They even have a bar where you can sit and have your meal if you wish. Like everything in the Bellagio, there is great attention to detail and an overall feeling of luxury. The food was remarkably fresh. There was an excellent selection. I did think the service was a little on the slow side, but very helpful and friendly once it arrived. They had a good international variety of selections but also all of the American favorites and some entrees that were quite unusual (venison, giant artichoke hearts, two kinds of duck, pesto mashed potatoes) and the wonderful desserts that we always look forward to at the Las Vegas buffets (three varieties of mousse, all sorts of cakes, delicious chocolate brownies and cookies). Frankly, all of the buffets are about equally priced, so I think it makes sense to go to the better ones.
