The Meridian is a popular building in the Court House neighborhood just a couple blocks from Metro. It's a nice, well-kept building with a lot of amenities, but you will pay for it. Special perks include views of Washington D.C. (perfect for fireworks), walking distance to the Cemetary, Rosslyn, Georgetown, Clarendon, etc., and a great rooftop patio for sunning and enjoying the skyline.
