There are some rules to keep in mind about Nick and Joe's:
1) If it is warm, contains dough and cheese, it will be fantastic, and worth any small hassle.
2) If it is a cold sandwich or burger, it will probably not be much better than what you could make at home.
3) All else is case by case.
The quality of the food varies, and I can only recommend the turnovers, pizza, and rolls (as well as the Bay Fries). But among those items, I cannot recommend them enough. They're definitely worth a look if that's your thing.
