On 1/19/08 our mother was scheduled for a graveside service and burial at 11:30 am. A 12:30 memorial service for family and friends was scheduled at a local church. Oak Hill's representative, Leigh Seto, advised that all was ready and that he would attend the service. At 11:30 the immediate family and Priest were gathered at the graveside. No Leigh Seto, no Mother. At 11:45 we went to the reception desk to inquire and express our concerns. We were told delays were not unusual and the mortuary transport was probably delayed in traffic. We asked them to call and confirm. A couple of trips back and forth from the gravesite to the reception desk and still no info. At 12:25 we made the decision to go to the church for the memorial service. My brother stopped again at the reception desk and Leigh Seto came out of a ?meeting? and told him he would find out what the problem was. \r

Leigh Seto called Saturday evening to report that it was the Mortuary?s fault and that they would be getting back to us. \r
\r
Monday morning we learned from the Mortuary that Mother?s remains had been delivered to Oak Hill a week prior to the scheduled burial.\r
\r
Needless to say, we were very disatisfied with Oak Hill Memorial Park's service.\r
