I purchased a part from them and paid a little more because I expected better service from an independent parts store. When attempting to install it, I discovered that it was the wrong part. When I returned it, they said they wouldn't take it back and refund my money. I've never had that problem at Lawrenceville Auto Parts or Autozone. Lawrenceville Auto Parts is friendlier and acts like they appreciate my business.
