Everywhere you go in the store is a homeless person or a customer that smells. Smells and Im three feet away. I walked into the bathroom which is disgusting. 90% of the staff has no knowledge of book, probaly because everytime I go in there they have hired someone new. When I did buy something I was held up from leaving because the worker had to insist I buy the discount card. At the cafe I was ignored because two girls were talking before helping me out, when I asked if I could get a bagel from the back I got attitude. The music and DVDs are way overpriced, I have no idea why anyone would ever buy either of those there. Barnes and Noble has turned into the WAL MART of book stores, instead a Mcdonalds they have a Starbucks, and instead of ordinary everyday things they have overpriced books and overpriced music/DVDs.
