They were going to pull the tooth, and do a crown for $875. It's now January 3, 2008, and 6 appointments later - they got $950 from me - all they've done is extract the tooth. I now have a choice of 2 crowns and a bridge or 3 crowns, but they can't estimate the price. The office manager wouldn't give me her name - no names tags on any personnel. The Supervisor's Number & Corporate Number (305 -652-6313) were not available to the public.\r
